How we handle requests

What the studio gets

When you contact us, you can provide your name, preferred contact method, and a description of the task. Chat messages are stored on the server. A cookie in your browser identifies the conversation. They are needed to continue the conversation, prepare an estimate, and process the request.

How the AI consultant works

When AI is enabled, messages and the context of the current dialog are sent to OpenAI via API. A contact from a separate request form is not added to AI requests automatically. Do not send passwords, documents, or information in the chat that is not needed to discuss the task.

Request and payment

The form creates an inquiry for Tatiana to review. The start of work, final price, and payment procedure are agreed separately. Clients outside Russia pay manually in USDT after agreement. Tatiana provides the agreed amount, network and wallet address, and confirms receipt. Payment terms for clients in Russia are agreed individually.

How to delete a request

Write to the email from the contact specified in the request. Specify the website and request number, if known. We will check the request's ownership and reply to the inquiry.
